Mohammad Morad Hossain
CHRO & Board Secretary, Elite Paint Group of Companies.		Mr. Morad has 20 years of diversified experiences both in local and multinational organizations. Presently he is working as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) & Board Secretary in Elite Paint Group of Companies. Immediate before, he served more than 5 years in Kansai Nerolac Paints Bangladesh Ltd as Head of HR & Administration, as well as, Management Representative (MR) for Quality Management System, QMS (ISO 9001:2008). Prior to that, he was in BSRM Group of Companies. Before that, he served more than 8 years as a Navigating Officer (afloat) in different capacity specially as a Skipper (Captain) onboard the Ship for more than three years. Mr. Morad also performs as Career Counselor, Adjunct Faculty, Session Speaker and External Examiner in various Universities and Business Schools in Bangladesh. Mr. Morad achieved his education & training from Bangladesh, India, Malaysia & Japan. He completed MBA in HRM, PGD in HRM, Diploma in Social Compliance (DSC) from BIM. He also completed LLB & Chartered HR Manager (CHRM). He is pursuing MPhil from BUP. He completed professional graduation including two years Pre-Sea Training as an ‘Officer Cadet’ from Bangladesh Marine Fisheries Academy. He has taken part a number of training & Courses in home and abroad. Among all, ‘Solving Human and Organizational Problem (SHOP)’ from Japan and “Certified KPI Professional & Practitioner (C-KPIPP) from The KPI Institute Australia held in Malaysia are aristocrat. He is an awardee of “100 MOST INFLUENTIAL GLOBAL HR PROFESSIONALS AWARD” from Mumbai, India. Mr. Morad has good affiliation with professional Society & Organizations. He is a former Joint Secretary & Fellow of BSHRM, Senior Fellow of BOLD, Life Member of BSTQM, Life Member & former Treasurer of Bangladesh Mariners Society (BMS) and Associate Fellow of AABL, Australia. Mr. Morad is also a researcher. His research articles have been presented in various International Research Conferences, as well as, published in renowned journals. Apart from the consultancy, he is currently performing as the Chief People & Culture Officer      (Sr. General Manager) in an International IT company. Afore joining LEADS, he was the Vice President – People Operations at Danforth Trading & Marketing Ltd. (an international trading company). Prior to Danforth, he was the Head of HR in Jakson International Ltd. (a multinational company of Power & Engine Solutions, Oil, Heavy Equipment & Solar Panel). Before that, he worked in PROMIXCO Group (a legendary Medical Equipment & Healthcare Solutions Company) as Head of HR. Earlier he was heading the country’s oldest and largest ICT Distribution company- Computer Source Ltd. as Business Manager (HR Partnering). He has factory HR & Administrative experience with SIMTEX Group (a Sewing Thread and Yarn Dyeing company in Garments Industry).
Mr. Bishsas has been honored by placing in the “Top 20 Voices of HR Leadership in Bangladesh” – recognized by, people Hum, USA – 2022.
He has earned academic and professional background in Human Resources Management – MBA (HRM), BBA (HRM), PGD (HRM), and PMBA (HRM).
He is involved in professional and social forums as FELLOW Member in the Bangladesh Society for Human Resources Management (BSHRM) and Bangladesh Organization for Learning and Development (BOLD). He has attended several national and international pieces of training and conferences at home and abroad.
He is the Guest Faculty of the PGDHRM program at the renowned Institute of Bangladesh. He is also acting as Advisor of a few Training Institutes in Bangladesh and conducting pieces of training/workshops on People Management and Leadership topics on the different platforms for future people leaders.

Previously worked as Additional Director & Deputy Director (Communication, Information & Audio-Visual) with South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC). Worked in the Industrial Relations Institute (IRI) as a Principal under the department of labor, Ministry of Labor & Employment and Audio-Visual Officer for 17 years. Bangladesh Television as Program Producer & Floor Manager of News department for 5 years. Successfully completed the APSDEP/ILO/JAPAN Fellowship  Training Course on  the  Development  and Management  of Media  Resource Centre/Audio-Visual unit. Trained from Bangladesh National Broadcasting Academy on Television Program Production & News production course and successfully completed the National  Institute  of  Mass Communication’s training on Art of Presentation of Radio program and News Broadcasting. Trained from Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre (BPATC), Dhaka on Training of Trainers (TOT) course.
