Immediate before, he served more than 5 years in Kansai Nerolac Paints Bangladesh Ltd as Head of HR & Administration, as well as, Management Representative (MR) for Quality Management System, QMS (ISO 9001:2008). Prior to that, he was in BSRM Group of Companies. Before that, he served more than 8 years as a Navigating Officer (afloat) in different capacity specially as a Skipper (Captain) onboard the Ship for more than three years. Mr. Morad also performs as Career Counselor, Adjunct Faculty, Session Speaker and External Examiner in various Universities and Business Schools in Bangladesh. Mr. Morad achieved his education & training from Bangladesh, India, Malaysia & Japan. He completed MBA in HRM, PGD in HRM, Diploma in Social Compliance (DSC) from BIM. He also completed LLB & Chartered HR Manager (CHRM). He is pursuing MPhil from BUP. He completed professional graduation including two years Pre-Sea Training as an ‘Officer Cadet’ from Bangladesh Marine Fisheries Academy. He is a former Joint Secretary & Fellow of BSHRM, Senior Fellow of BOLD, Life Member of BSTQM, Life Member & former Treasurer of Bangladesh Mariners Society (BMS) and Associate Fellow of AABL, Australia. Mr. Morad is also a researcher. His research articles have been presented in various International Research Conferences, as well as, published in renowned journals.
